How to make a reservation?

1. Check the prices on a subpage PRICES.
2. Send us a reservation by contact or reservation formular with specification of your requested dates.
3. Do not forget to send us your credentials for correct invoice issuing.
4. We confirm you our availability until 12 hours.
5. In confirmation of the availability you will get the information about final price, requested payment as a deposit (50% of calculated price) and more detailed information about next steps (bank account for deposit, check in details, your special needs requests approval etc.)
6. You will pay the deposit until 3 working days.

Form of payment: bank transfer only, 50% deposit, the rest 50% must be paid 5 days before arrival. For legal reasons, no cash accepted.

Please, have in mind, sending a form with your request of stay does not automatically means that apartment is available. Wait for our approval until you make more plans (flight tickets or other paid services).
Once we approve your stay and you paid the deposit, your stay is 100% confirmed and guaranteed.
